Cathedral also has 800sqm of 13th century frescos, which were rediscovered under later crud in 1845. And are banging

@yepicturepalace I think it’s a jewel? Or maybe a jewelled slug. That bit looks like it was probably reconstructed at a later date (the sculpture was originally made around 1230).
