Preparing a complaint against FINMA in front of the Federal Administrative Tribunal. FINMA may not have been as brutal as the SEC in the US. They've built strong discriminatory policies against crypto. They have been accumulating administrative mistakes. More info soon.

One of the mistake they did: they invented the concept of "anonymous payment methods". This did not existed before in🇨🇭. They did this without a mandatory audition process. FINMA declared a war against anonymity, while the Federal Council was praising cash for its anonymity.

The last change of the AML ordinance that pushes down threshold for non-KYCed transactions on Bitcoin ATMs to 1000 CHF per MONTH is IMHO illegal. People should be allowed to buy Bitcoin for small amounts without KYC.
