@alan_john_moran New brown coal fired power? Now that's great thinking if you like CO2. You can't be talking about new black coal power from NSW/Qld because at 200 $/tonne, the fuel alone represents 63 $/MWh burnt in HELE plant. So let's dig up the most inefficient, most polluting fuel of all.
