Among the items on the agenda was the consideration of the Administration of the Judiciary (Inspectorate of Courts) Regulations 2022 and the Administration of the Judiciary (Establishment of Committees) Regulations, 2022.

The Council, is a creation of the Administration of the Judiciary Act, 2020, responsible for advising the Chief Justice on policies for planning and developing the Judiciary to improve the administration of Justice.
