Ngoc Pham, a 83 yr old Vietnamese man, was one of 2 Asian seniors attacked by the same perpetrator yesterday. He survived 17 yrs in a Vietnamese concentration camp, only to be assaulted while grocery shopping. His son has asked us all to get his story out.

When my office saw plans for a 3200sf single family home on Nob Hill where the norm is 4 unit flats, we intervened to impose minimum density + unit size req's. Six months later, just around the corner, the City approved a project w 6 new flats, citing those controls. Not bad!
