@_ace_defective_ On a serious note, it's probably because some P4 dungeons are so narrow and the scale is different from OG P3's Tartarus. The characters are bigger. So the Reaper could likely corner you very easily lol

@gkgftzb yeah that's probably why + bc P4 dungeons don't have as many floors + there's no dedicated grinding only area. ....man P4 dungeons aren't good. idk why they decided to make them all narrow hallways with no terrain variety when P3 did a decent job.

@_ace_defective_ The Repear's evolution has been strange to say the least. Super threatening, time sensitive enemy in P3, can be completely avoided and is dependent on opening chests in P4, time-sensitive but exploitable with Flu in P5, back to a challenge in Royal, now a non-entity in Reload.

@MegatenQuotes I would say the only time the reaper was ever a threat was in P3. P4 makes him a non issue, P5(R) he doesn't feel like an issue bc he doesn't show up + P5R is so broken, and P3R he never shows up. we gotta go back to being scared of the reaper showing up lol

@_ace_defective_ It’s funny cuz after a bit in Golden the floor will start making the Reaper noises but it only matters if you’re actively looking for him, otherwise just stop opening chests

@ppinhoartz2711 you can open chests still! the game literally gives you a warning when you open a chest with the reaper in it so you can just be like... nah

@_ace_defective_ I hate him in p4 not only because it's a pain to spawn but bc i always had a theory that he was Ryoji/Pharos manifesting in the dark hour inside of tartarus or at least a part of him since he drops the bloody button after December, and Ryoji had all those buttons on his shirt
