@_ClassicBooks_ @ntvkenya Judge hana shida at all... in the criminal justice system, its the police who arrest then present the file to the ODPP for approval of the charges... if its true that the person who was stabbed was an intruder, the ODPP must withdraw the charge... its malicious to state the least
