It's been a tough go in this space, but I'm trying my best. I'm glad I have an amazing and supportive wife to keep me going. Also journaling has helped a lot so I can let out my worries and stresses, and then try to find positive solutions. That led me to ZenAcademy.

My best advice (that i still need to take myself, obvs): don't try to cover ALL the timezones every day. Wake up in the morning, decide which one/s you're going to target & do something else with the rest of your day...
