Yes, I do. Most of our investment in Ukraine to neutralize Russia is being done through EDA (Excess Defense Articles), which is by definition equipment we no longer need ourselves. We are just assigning (sometimes rather random) cash values to the stuff we send. Win-Win.

Also, what does it cost to store, and eventually destroy that inventory? When each piece of equipment must be destroyed under supervision. Giving it to Ukr might actually be saving taxpayer dollars.
