Curious to know why fans think after "politely" sacking a legend in Xavi who won the La Liga last season, currently sits 3rd, would then want to employ Mikel Arteta? Xavi spent £150m under strict scrutiny and delivered. Arteta spent £600m freely, with PR and failed🤷🏾‍♂️

Arteta system will never work under any players; why ? Because he doesn't actually know what works for the system and what doesnt. The system doesn't utilise any player strengths. It's a totally flawed system. If you understood tactics & philosophies, you wouldn't be Arteta in !
