I’d like to feed back that my small pension transfers to a Vanguard SIPP have taken a long time - one that should be an electronic cash transfer nearly 2 months now. I feel your back office transfer staff may be inundated. Have you looked at your TrustPilot reviews recently?

It’s now 6 months and still you haven’t been able to transfer a SIPP from Interactive Investor. You should be embarrassed and ashamed as this money is (was) being relied on to pay a pension

Trying to get money out of an investment account with this company is virtually impossible. I regret investing direct as their service is stunningly bad. Avoid at all cost.

Truly awful service following the death of my father, still awaiting payment. They are by far the worst of all their competitors in liquidating his investment. A ridiculous amount of hoops to jump through and they hide behind the ‘manual administration of his account’ Poor!!!
