Lost everything on #Topshot ... I love this community and the project but feeling super down at the amount of money I lost.. any help would be appreciated 😥

@UsmanPatel_ @sportsgurunft I mean he’s probably been listening to everyone screaming “hold” for months “we’re about to boom” and look where that got him. Just brutal. Hold on strong down 125k lol. I feel bad for the guy.

@twallace1010 @sportsgurunft It may be devastating for many looking at red right now. Just look at this for example happening board wide. But this is a product in infancy stages that’s still being built out. Sky’s the limit with how it’ll shape out even 1-2 years from now.

@UsmanPatel_ @sportsgurunft Don’t do this to him (or me, in a similar position on a smaller scale). Not realizing losses doesn’t mean they don’t exist, & new users just signing up can just replicate your collection for 20%. We bought what we thought to be rare collectibles, & their value wasn’t protected.

@UsmanPatel_ @sportsgurunft While I do semi agree - this same sentiment has potentially cost a lot of people for the past few months too who keep "holding on strong". Have to be careful with the risk and set firm exit points (not financial advice) or you end up chasing losses that you could never see back.

@UsmanPatel_ @sportsgurunft Agree with the you only lost that if you sell now but how long do you actually hold just to say you didn't lose yet? I mean loses like this can literally be devastating, life changing and in some cases ... I won't even say it 😔
