We're toasting 5 green peppers,2 lbs mushroom, 3 home grown sweet onions sprinkled with a tad of beef broth and worcestershire sauce. We're going to eat some over salmon with broccoli. The rest of the veggies will be used to stuff meatballs for tomorrows supper.
