We urge all Govt's that use the death penalty to implement an official moratorium, a crucial step towards universal abolition & the defence of human dignity.

A major part of our law system is based on the ten commandments - one of which tells us that "Thou shalt not kill!" We can't punish capital crime (or ordinary crime) by performing the very same act of violence...
