I've picked tomatoes when I was a teen...it is hot endless backbreaking work. You have to be fast and accurate to make a good wage....back then we were paid by the bushel

This breaks my heart, nobody should have to work like this. I’m so grateful for all the work farm workers do to bring us food and we need to do more for them in return

When I was a teen and my dad couldn't work due to his diabetes we went to work in the tomato fields in Blythe Ca. All SUMMER. I certainly appreciate them. God Bless.

This is crazy dangerous & exploitative & inhumane. This is treating people worse than animals. Shame on the employers! This shows zero respect for human life. It's OUTRAGEOUS! What is wrong with us? Human sacrifice for tomatoes? This is EVIL.
