@Truegreen7 @Lockstin A word can have multiple meanings. In some cases wholsom can be explicit. In others it does mean family friendly. It doesn't even have to have good feelings or values. The trick is to know your audience and to know who you are watching.

@Truegreen7 @Lockstin i consider deadpool (the movies, at least) pretty wholesome in its depictions of found family, healthy heterosexual romance, and acceptance of ones flaws. its got super positive, uplifting vibes, too. i also could not think of a single franchise that is LESS family-friendly.
