So, I talked to my landlord again. Apparently, people who just walk around the property reported me too? I’ve been scaring their children (which is honestly really funny) but if I’m too loud again in 14 days, I get evicted. Pretty stressed rn tbh.
To be completely honest, I feel like something is very suspicious here. I have one neighbor, and the other side of me is a grass area and a road. If people are going on walks, I don’t see why me streaming is causing any disturbance. I’ve been staying quiet as soon as it hits 12AM

I have been looking for weeks lmao. They expensive as fuck and I can’t just poof into one as much as I want to. These things take time. The issue is apparently I don’t have a lot of time left.
@Trickywii
The HOA people where I live have been the same way with me. But it's absolutely no problem at all when their kids are outside screaming their heads off and acting like they've been possessed by goat demons or something
Hoping they'll back off tho Tricky, sending positive vibes ^^
@Trickywii
That's one of the things I've always been afraid of as a streamer being to load no idea how others can stream and be so load without people getting mad, since people can be really easy to whine about people being to loud. Hope things work out Tricky we're here for you, you got…
@Trickywii
i honestly do not understand this logic at all because even with the screeching and such you never really get that loud on stream? super weird of them tbh
@Trickywii
Sorry to hear that. 😢That is the only thing I am feared at while streaming. I can’t be loud nor use bad words or any swearing. It cost a lot of money for your own single house but you can have room mates to help fork the bills. House hunting can be stressful. You have to worry…
@Trickywii
If I ever hit the lotto jackpot, first thing I'm doing is buying up several parcels of interconnected property specifically for streamers' use that won't have these problems. Won't happen, obviously, but it'd be nice to give people who contribute to the world somewhere nicer.
@Trickywii
This is genuinely something I dreaded as well when I moved into a place about eight years back. The neighbours below me filed 15 separate noise complaints against me. But when new neighbours moved in, no complaints were ever filed so my old complaints were dropped. My neighbour…
@Trickywii
That is incredibly sus. Like, people walking around dont just randomly report people in their apartments/houses. The neighbours can do that since they have the landlords number, bit how wpuld a rando walking by do that??
@Trickywii
I've gone on walks around my last apartment. Heard tons of noises, yelling, dogs barking, never complained. It's not next to me and not during typical daytime hours. Sounds like someone's just madge at you specifically. I'm sorry you're dealing with this Tricky.
@Trickywii
I actually had to sound proof my old place to avoid noise complaints from streaming. If you have the means and the time, it ran me about $300 to do my ceiling (complaints were from upstairs) and a few hours. Though it obviously depends where the complaints are from. 😔
@Trickywii
They can’t just evict you like that, not sure what state you’re in, but most require a 30 day notice at a minimum. And that’s a written notice that you will be evicted. That can’t be a verbal one, and certainly not a 2 week notice”if you do this again your gone” kinda thing
@Trickywii
What are the odds that some rando managed to find your address and was/is the one calling the leasing office making the complaints? I mean with how prevalent swatting is now, I don’t think that’s something that could be ruled out as a possibility.
I mean it could also be some…
@Trickywii
💜💜im sorry you are dealing with such an annoying landlord situation, it really isn't fair to you. We are here if we can help at all, I know it can be so frustrating 🫂💜💜💜
@Trickywii
I wonder if they are calling in and pretending to be different people some how just to be malicious. Sorry you are going through all of this tho, I hope that it gets sorted out LUBBERS💖
