i can understand why if they were forced to change it if it was a company/higher management decision. i think it's just to satisfy some other regions but the creators still made it as clear as day for anyone with 2 braincells to put 2-2 together. still, i wish they stuck to it

I haven't even watched the series yet (though clearly I'm aware of the relationship), but my god, Bandai has literally released merch of the two that straight-up matches the other "romantic pairs" merch from, like, Seed. How can you spin "open to interpretation" out of that?!
