vetoes the charter school bill.
I am a public school graduate and this is an education-first administration. I am against charter schools. HB 9 would take taxpayer dollars away from already underfunded public schools in the commonwealth, and the Legislation is also unconstitutional. This is why I vetoed HB 9.

Good. Hopefully the Republicans can send a real reform bill to the governor. Defund the government indoctrination system and Fund Students!
