Spreadsheets say that the xA of Doucoure's pass is about 0.02, so McNeil scores that about 1 in 50 attempts.

100% unless it’s a cross or an intentional attacking pass into the box it’s not an assist/setting up.
The player has to intend to set a goal up.

Watch it again. Doucoure takes Danilo with him. Without that McNeil doesn’t have the space to take the shot.
