What people arenโt getting is that if people werenโt hoarding properties they would be more accessible to everyday individuals.
What section 8 is paying to already rich people that could go to subsidise mortgages for low income people who would then own an asset when that
@TheConsciousLee
What exactly are you mad about here? That the landlord gets guaranteed income from the government for Section 8? That the landlord allows his property to be used for this program? And/or that he can afford things that other people can't?
@TheConsciousLee
Didnt piss me off. Thats his way of affording it. You can grow up on section 8 and do the exact same shit he doing. Cant be mad about somebody elseโs reality.
@TheConsciousLee
Both parties are benefiting off of government subsidies. The property owner is providing the public good/ creating value. Donโt get confused.
@TheConsciousLee
So if it wasnโt section 8 properties where would the family he talk about live ? Real estate is real estate and ppl gonna make their money regardless. So if itโs not section 8, it can rented else where. I donโt get why heโs upset.
@TheConsciousLee
We all consumers in some way. Somebody gotta have section 8 properties for people with section 8 to get. I donโt see the problem with this one
