Ricky Gervais is the absolute worst for this. His stand-up is now just an hour of him desperately pleading to be cancelled and trying to big up how offensive he is.
It's so boring, dreadful to see Jimmy Carr do the same
The problem with this type of shock humour comedian now is that the jokes are like, fine, 6/10 that nobody would care to complain about. But prefacing the whole bit with 'I'm not allowed to say these things!' sucks 99.9% of the humour out of the joke.
@DeanMancini1
Offensive humour is great, but it absolutely ruins the set-up if you say, "I have got this really offensive joke, you're not allowed to say this anymore"
Always just lands disappointing then.
@thewatc95717625
I think they should say whatever they like, I don't have a problem with any of their jokes.
It's the whole set-up before of "I can't say this anymore" which I just find really dull and ruins the comedy.
Just my opinion
“Parting gift” is TV moment of the year oh my god.
What an incredible show and a fantastic episode to end on.
Roll on series 2 ASAP.

Brentford to re-sign Iran winger Saman Ghoddos in shock return to the club in final week of the summer transfer window. The 29yr-old, part of the 20/21 promotion campaign, left as a free agent in the summer but will come back to Thomas Frank's squad on 1-year deal

Today I have been aboard the Bibby Stockholm Barge.
Pictures show the inside including tiny bedrooms for two people, a gym, computer room and a film and TV room.
Also televisions in every room which don't actually work...
My day as a journalist today.
Got soaked. Brought an umbrella. Rain stopped as soon as I got out of the shop.
Swallowed a fly.
Passed a topless Kit Connor chilling in a motorhome.

The audacity of some of these pundits to be paid to talk about snooker and then always say "I haven't seen them play". Happens way too often in this sport
Had the story about the asylum seeker dying on Facebook with comments on for about five minutes on Dorset Echo.
The comments were vile which is why we turn them off.
Someone has died. People need to remember that.
After a World Cup which did so much for women’s football it feels like attitudes towards women are taking a huge step back in the immediate aftermath.

The Archbishop of Canterbury has called on the Portland barge plans to be delayed.

Not only that, they haven't even been told there is bacteria in the water.
Absolutely astonishing.
Lovely explanation of what sheep are in this article, for those who were previously unaware.
"Sheep are domesticated mammals that are raised for their meat, milk, and wool."

Yes the owners spent a lot of money and that team could compete in league one but what’s not to love.

Shameful from the BBC. This isn’t news but they know they can stir up a load of vile comments to get a lot of attention on social media. Absolute bottom of the barrel journalism used to spark division and hate. Disgraceful.
