Interesting choice of adding a time traveling element to it! Bringing kids BACK to the 90s and an attempt to return home....hmmmm I'm open to it. I'll have to learn more about the director and their past work. I'm eager to see more news as it develops

Two of the actors in the 2017 version are pretty big stars now (dacre and naomi). Not sure why they wouldn't try another one with that cast

If they can get to the (actual) morphing part by the end of the first act instead of the last quarter of the movie, that’ll be good.

This sounds... ugh. Also, Paramount? They haven’t had a successful franchise since Star Trek, and even that was never big box office success. Not holding out hope for this. Get the Marvel team or something to do it, maybe you can overcome its issues with a name like Feige.

Time travel to the 1990s? I don't understand why they can't take Power Rangers into the 21st century and just leave the early 90s behind.

When do they finally get that we don’t need a movie about Power Rangers?If they want to capitalize on them then cancel this Disney crap and give us action show with bigger budget on some streaming service (but don’t maki it R rated).And use another team of rangers for god’s sake!
