@TCIndex More like found guilty, look at all the evidence @theHREgroup have and it clearly shows @HighwaysEngland have made a complete mess of this and deceived various parties and have now destroyed a potential greenway, cycle route or a railway!!!

@TCIndex ‘Preserves the structure’ and infill would be removed ‘at no cost to them’. HE made both these statements without laughing. Preserving the structures can be done more cheaply, at less cost to the environment and the taxpayer.
