Supposedly. But I believe that there is a lot of interest that is not being officially reported that could increase the averages by a lot.

I left my 2019 BK hearing, necessitated by med costs following 5 concussions, with $205K in SL debt. This is insane! I am 54 yrs old & partially disabled. You aren't going to get $$ out of me. But it will cost taxpayers in the end for a Medicaid-funded nursing home. WHY?
