you can pbr out of a ton of weird things. basically any lag before or while you're airborne allows you to do it. this includes hitstun :)

I should probably explain what I'm doing here. I'm not doing PBR I'm just doing special -> fastfall as hitstun ends and for some reason a block doesn't come out

tested this some more and it isn't difficult at all 💀 you straight up just hit b right before you go into tumble and you don't go into it and can do whatever idk how useful it is compared to just using an aerial but it's definitely easy enough to use in games

*actionable tumble. you're still in tumble while you're getting launched ofc so you hit b while still in hitstun

also just to be extra clear, steve isn't cancelling the hitstun or getting out of it sooner, he's cancelling the tumble after the hitstun I worded the initial tweet poorly
