@StevePender @R3dJ0k3r There is also the prevalence of "dont snitch" in black community which would affect domestic and sexual abuse cases greatly. There's also the single motherhood situation(s) where a bf/"uncle" get away with things they shouldn't due to no father figure to protect the child.
