Jimmy Fallon used to drink at a bar in the LES and a friend of mine once very politely told him he was a fan and Fallon just copied everything he said back to him in a mocking tone and when my friend told him to cut it out he had his personal security kick him out
16 former employees describe ‘THE TONIGHT SHOW’ as a “pretty glum atmosphere” where they were belittled & intimidated by their bosses, including Jimmy Fallon.

The last time I saw an actor I told my friend "not gonna bug him, just going to give him a reverse head nod," and the actor I saw was Michael Emerson. I gave him a passing nod, he grinned really big and gave one back. Then later I find out he loves to talk to fans, go figure.
