I am 46. I first came out at about 20. I last came out on Friday. It definitely gets easier but can still be tiring, unnecessary and awkward. Coming out is a process that never ends. And never will until prejudice does, so prejudice must.

I am heterosexual and have never come out- I long for the day when nobody has to come out. who you like,love or have sex with is your affair and no one else needs to care cos it has nothing to do with them. there should be no stigma associated with it. Be proud but not scared.
