@SherryYanJiang Honestly I find the same issue over here in the US. With most of what’s hot coming out of Singapore rn, I’m constantly taking calls between 10pm and 3 AM. Sometimes if the call is worth the lack of sleep (I find it almost always is) I’ll agree anyway. Time zones are difficult.

@SherryYanJiang I always politely explain and then propose something mutually inconvenient. Most people are decent and will make it work. If they don’t it’s a good filtering mechanism and you can skip working with them.
