I get Justin Fields went 5-20 in his first two seasons, but he got much better in year three, winning 4 of his last 6. He's become one of the best DUEL QB threats! Aaron Rodgers and Jordan Love didn't even get a crack until year 3. Hope the Bears are patient with Fields!
