I hate this so much. I get you got the internet talking but having a non-competing athlete, official or coach enter the court during live play is SO DANGEROUS. I don’t care if that makes me the no fun police but save this stuff for timeouts and halftimes.

Duquesne University has confirmed that last night's "DoorDash Delivery" was indeed a prank. "This was planned in advance, done for internet exposure. We determined that the individual was wearing a mic while someone filmed him."

@SarahTDeffebach So I don’t think the university was in on it. It was the student plus their friend. The article isn’t making that clear.

@htownsend2 If so, banned from the arena indefinitely. I ain't messing around when it comes to student-athlete safety 😂😂

@SarahTDeffebach The tweet reads as thought Duquesne was responsible but appears as though it was a student prank. Which at that point - where’s security?!

@mlhayon Exactly! You got to secure the playing area at all times. Number 1 priority is student-athlete safety. I would have to reevaluate everything haha

@SarahTDeffebach I agree with you. No reason for delivery driver to be walking out there at all
