If I had a penny for every time a cis gay guy thinks he can dictate what the LGBTQ+ community can do, I'd be a billionaire. No one asked your opinion. Neopronouns are awesome, and here to stay. You, on the other hand, will be forgotten sooner rather than later.

1- Trans people can still be transphobic.
2- Being against neopronouns = being transphobic.
3- Being transphobic is harmful, so yes. He is hurting folks. Just like if I used the wrong pronouns on you is hurtful, you using the wrong pronouns on those with neopronouns is hurtful.
