I'm getting ready to argue for about half our company who opposes it being forced, a few of them have already had it and they are not recognizing that fact. I've reached out to several people on here asking for help for resources but I haven't had any luck yet, hard to find help.

Yup, I think that's the only way any of this works. We are lucky in that it is 90% of the skilled workforce at our job, the mechanics and techs and the operations and warehouse guys, that only leaves front office and sales team and none of those can do the physical hands on work

If the vax is so great why does it need to be mandated?
The vaxed still spread it and the vaxed still get sick.
The FDA just declined to approve the booster. 16-3 vote. Follow the science.

I was hoping that there were maybe already groups doing this kind of thing and that I could follow their lead on how it's approached. I've gotten some excellent tips and places to check out since yesterday so I think I have a direction to go in now thanks to everyone's help here
