@RobClarkeType Yep it happens more and more. I try and set boundaries but it’s tough. Email is much better as it’s all in one place.

@RobClarkeType Recently had to part ways with a client as they couldn’t understand why I wasn’t always able to answer their calls or WhatsApp messages immediately. Felt he wasn’t getting ‘personal attention’ 😳

@RobClarkeType Had 16 messages from a client the other morning from 7am until 8am. I say client, the project was complete for us in January and I’ve since said we are no longer working with them. But he found an ‘issue’ with the website and he was ‘furious’ so messaged me.

@RobClarkeType my phone lives almost permanently on Do Not Disturb, been great especially during lockdown when its in arms reach 99% of the time anyway
