Sheesh! Where in her text did she 'brandish' her trauma? She deserves a man who values her, takes into consideration her life before him. She knows what she wants & what she won't settle for. That is a form of happiness. Who are you to judge she can't be happy for being her?

Your comment not only unpopular but also wrong. She has self awareness aplenty. Grew up an orphan, worked thru school, graduated 1st class. Knows her boundaries, what she wants from relationship & her tolerance. Guy doesnt value her. She deserves better. All the power to her.

I did. And precisely because I went thru what she did, Im sharing my experience and insights.
Too many ppl brandish their trauma. As opposed to adjusting and finding a way to live better.
Don't need to jump. She can continue to do what she does. Whether she can be happy...
