Denying access to exculpatory evidence is a sure way to have a conviction reversed. It is a fundamental and protected right and the judge's decision greatly damages the state's case. If evidence IN STATE'S POSSESSION has been destroyed, burden falls on state.
J6 committee, DOJ/Special Counsel Jack Smith, and Judge Tanya Chutkan are covering up the destruction/concealment of videotaped interviews with roughly 1,000 witnesses to J6 committee.

they do not care if the decisions are ultimately reversed bc they will get their beloved convictions in time to do their deeds. Once that happens, reversal will take years & be, as usual, less than effective or useful in politics. Need a SCOTUS injunction to freeze all cases!

I agree 100% doc. It's symbolic to knock him off balance. He'll be too old to run again later. Once he says he's out the persecution will stop and restart with whomever is leading the GOP pack. But I'm thru with GOP anyway.
