Grand jurors were shown the 186 boxes and were led to believe they ALL contain "secret" docs. Accused has no chance to rebuke in a grand jury, its 100% prosecutorial.

I've been on enough grand juries to know how they function! It's 100% prosecutorial. Defense is allowed no rebuttal. If I convince 6 out of 10 homeowners assoc. members that you're worthless, we can kick you out of the neighborhood and you get no chance to argue.

1. Grand Jury proceedings are private.
2. Grand Juries don't prosecute, convict, or participate in the trial. (I bet you knew that).
