Question for everyone: If Michigan gets Penn State’s signs from Maryland for this weekend, is that cheating?

@Rick13_vEGAS @JackMacCFB So here's the deal. As I understand, it is perfectly legal to get scouting material from another university. It is legal to figure out signs in game/by scouting. It is not legal to send someone to opponents games to record/steal signs. It's a slim difference, but a difference.
