Never using @Grubhub again. A delivery driver harassed me at the door to my home about a month ago and I reported him. I was told he would be blocked from delivering to my home again. Today, he’s once again picking up my order and they’ve been NO HELP in fixing the situation.

The delivery driver called my phone and waited for me to answer the door, even though it’s supposed to be contactless (aka, just leave it on the porch and go). When I came out for my food, he was unrelenting with unwanted comments about me and even asked to come inside my home.

So just be aware if you’re a woman living alone or home alone, ordering food. @Grubhub doesn’t give a fuck about your safety. Also, wait till the driver has left before you go out for your meal. Can’t even order fucking food without being harassed. I really hate this planet.

Update: After offering me a measly $5 credit on an order that was much bigger than that and being told I couldn’t be refunded to my payment method, I was transferred to someone else who refunded me fully to my payment method. Fuck Grubhub.

Glad this is gaining attention. These people literally bring food to your front door and you’d think serious reports being made would shake up GH to be proactive and at least investigate their drivers. Not the case. Wait inside till the driver leaves. Stay safe everyone.
