It is progressive to recognize the shortage of doctors, despite record per-capita numbers. Turns out demand per-capita is not constant. I wonder if this applies to housing

@RazzberryYams There’s a lot of parallels funnily enough. Specialists even use NIMBY-style manipulation through medical boards to suppress the number of new doctors who can train in their specialty, to protect their own jobs.
