Looks like excellent the technique. The most important point alongside an optimal repair to get a durable MVRepair is the use of a prosthetic annuloplasty ring!

In training we were taught the “golden rules” of MV Reapair:
-Eliminate excess leaflet mobility.
-Restore leaflet coaptation.
-Stabilize the annulus.
-Never leave the OR with more than mild MR.
