@EnigmaTheGuy It's a software called ShaderGlass. I think that it uses the same CTR effects from RetroArch, the emulator, but it applies to a window that you can put over anything on your desktop.

@Rafaknight_rk more people need to make pixel art with an authentic CTR filter to make the images actually work like they used to
