I will need to make a comparison by overlapping the models with the Sonic Superstars video.
But I think that they used these old models for it.
Amy does even has the weird "bump on her red thing" around the middle quill on her head, which was something I messed up on the model.
@Rohan_Furries
Now I guess I can officially brag about being the first official Sonic artist who got something on a game, and made a creampie with one of their characters too.
@mattperspective
I would need to check it. But I don't remember of seeing anything about it. But I may be wrong, it may have some line that allows them to use for anything they want, which is fine.
As mentioned I'm fine with them using, but bothered for the way they treated me while doing it.
@Rafaknight_rk
Doesn't your contract include that they can use the characters without giving credit? Because It doesn't look like something sega would do.
@Chariiiiii_
I could talk a lot about the whole "doesn't look like something sega would do".
But to avoid the headache I prefer to just leave it like this.
Also would be weird if sega gave contracts to people that let them choose without your concent if they want to nuke your name or not.
@Rafaknight_rk
Isn't it absolutely fucked that one of the most talented cg artists of LATAM and the creator of this products WHOLE SELLING POINT is in DEBT but the massive corporation that commissioned the work can't even be bother to credit them on a game that will make millions JAJMEVOYAMATAR
@cgi_human
Well my debt has nothing to do with them. +I still would be on debt even if I was working with them, they don't pay well.
But I did wished that they would not look at their artists as if they are replaceable. Once to this day I feel bad about not being able to do more to them.
@Megasmash185
As bump I don't mean bump map.
It's just the weird way the red thing on her hair warps on a 2/4 angle, which is the exactly same on both.
It was originally a mistake of my part, it looked smooth from the front/back/side. But got bumpy at a angle, and I didn't got to fix it.
@Rafaknight_rk
I would honestly check the work contract you signed/agreed to when you made these models. Considering they never contacted you at all something seems fishy.
