This is not a new drink, it’s a French 75 made with Empress gin. Bartenders always know what I’m talking about when I ask for an Empress 75. Hope this helps!

The lemon twist is a garnish. No I did not eat it or chew on it. They cut a piece of lemon peel and add it to the rim. Also, if you don’t like gin, this is not for you.
