Virginia GOP banning fiction novels about slavery because they’re allegedly traumatic to white kids but renaming their schools to Confederate terrorists despite their documented trauma on Black kids, aren't protecting children or education, they're protecting white supremacy.

What books would those be? Why don't you post the list? Author? Title? Date of publication? Date these books were okayed for the school district. Who okayed them. etc. some of these books were okay by the Democrats during the time of the klu Klux Klan. History & Facts matter.

I heard about the Shenandoah school district redoing the Confederate names. Which county is banning fiction on slavery? Because I want to make sure to not stop there when I’m driving.

I haven’t looked but I’m almost certain that “The Turner Diaries” and “Mein Kampf” didn’t make the banned list

This wasn’t at all what happened. The disputed books were graphic descriptions of violent sex. Race was irrelevant.
