I think even less
The problem is that you basically have double aoe healing since your passive will basically be up during the ult while your team gets armor and then it stays even after the ult is over + brig is still alive and keeps healing everyone with her passive

Burst heal because you click one button and it heals a good amount of hp over a fairly short time, while Mercy has to hold left click in order to get the same result
