I like referring to actual ethnicity/ race when being specific, global majority when being non-specific, and "minoritized" when I want to emphasize that it's something that's actively being done to people. I'm a doc and current MPH student. Does that make sense as a sociologist?

That's right, Foundational Black Americans will never be a minority because our ancestors created the inventions and the nation's founding principles. Black native Americans lived in this country before European settlers arrived.
