Security points me to the clinic and says he has an issue in the pharmacy. I know the homeless man just went in there so I follow the security guard and watch through the glass doors. This MF immediately walks in and accuses the man of stealing.

The pharmacy staff (all white women) called security on this dude for putting items on his walker. My man is livid! Still holding the $10 bill I gave him he's yelling "I got money! I'm sick of this racist shit!" I walk in and say "He got money! It's good!"

He tried to pay for his shit and they wouldn't even let him pay. I offered to pay for his shit and they wouldn't let me. My man lost it. Started calling them racist and knocking shit off the shelves and walk out the store.

I insisted on paying for his stuff. Got the bag and followed him out of the store just as the fucking cops are show up and throw him in handcuffs talking about taking him to jail. So now I'm out there telling them that he wasn't stealing shit and they need to let him go.

Two other cop cars pull up. To deal with a man who can't even walk! They trying to explain to me that it wouldn't be a problem if he had just left the store. I'm explaining to them that it wouldn't have been a problem if they had fucking not accused him of stealing!

Man tells me not to leave him because the cops will abuse him. I tell him "I ain't going nowhere." I sit out there trying to explain how fucked up it is that some MFs in the pharmacy outside the fucking hospital accused a disabled man of stealing with his walker.

Finally they agree to not take him to jail and cite him for "criminal trespassing" or some shit. Still fucking bullshit. Imagine if I hadn't been there. 🙄

One more thing: even if he was stealing (he wasn't), what type of asshole calls the cops on a disabled, homeless man stealing $10 of snacks?!?! It would literally be cheaper for the city, university, society to pay for the snacks rather than process him at the jail.
