I would use 25% of the turkey ratio in the calculator for Goose

Your calculator seems a little out. 5kg plus Boxing Day sarnies only does 3 in our house....

With all due respect Pat I think you are overdoing it. I have fed 14 adults with an 8kg turkey and had loads left. Don’t forget there is also ham, sausage meat stuffing etc. And I’m not a small portion guy! I do love your your products-your chorizo-stuffed pork steak is amazing.
